• The planning, structuring and writing of CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications of systems including machine tools, fixtures, cutting tools and time study estimates. Can skillfully use NX for programming and simulation.
• 根据产品图纸和系统标准（包括机床、夹具、切削工具及工时估算）规划、设计并编写数控程序。能熟练运用NX软件进行编程与仿真。
• Developing cutting processes through the testing and the setting of operating parameters for Clamping Fixtures, Cutting Tools and CNC programs. The action & management of modifications to any part of the system to achieve the processing objective. 通过对夹具、刀具及数控机床进行运行参数测试与设定，开发先进的加工工艺。对系统各环节进行调试与管理，以确保实现加工目标。
• The institution of Safe, Precise and Reliable part specific process technology. 建立安全、精准、稳定的零件专项工艺技术。
• Analysis of measurement results, problem solving and verification of corrective actions. 分析测量数据，解决问题并验证纠正措施。
• To conduct “Machine Capability” studies at SW works and at SW’s customers concluding with “Pre” & Final Acceptance” of the subject processes. 在SW工厂开展“机床能力CMK测试，完成“预验收”与客户现场的“终验收”工作。
• Reporting and Documentation management. Professional communication with customers & suppliers. 负责报告与文档管理，保持与客户、供应商进行专业沟通。
• Strictly adhere to and fulfill post safety responsibilities. 认真履行岗位安全职责。
• Other task assigned by supervisor. 完成上级交办的其他任务。
