• Put Safety as first priority in daily management.

Record findings for continuous improvement opportunities.

• Meet daily output expectations. Maintain WIP at reasonable level.
• Identify root causes of re-work and defective work. Ensure actions are addressed. Use PDCA principle to ensure effectiveness of actions
• Enhance TPM culture to reduce machine unplanned downtime
• Listen to employee’s voice; react with sense of urgency.
• Work closely with other departments; remove boundary between departments.
• Archive department documentations in a logical way; make sure ISO16949,50001,14001 standards are met.
• Target orientation, lead team to achieve annual target, like productivity,TPT,safety,customer claim,PPM,MTBF,MTTR and OEE
• Lead Kaizen project to improve our productivity,HSE and cost
• Other tasks assigned by plant manager
