- 负责处理国内及国外充电桩业务相关的客户咨询与问题解答
- 收集客户反馈并记录服务过程，协助优化充电桩使用体验
- 跟进客户投诉，协调技术或运营部门解决充电桩故障或服务异常
- 维护客户关系，定期回访客户并整理服务数据
任职要求：
- 具备英语或其他外语沟通能力，能处理国际客户咨询
- 熟悉充电桩行业基础知识或相关技术概念
- 具备良好的服务意识和问题解决能力，能适应轮班工作制
- 熟练使用办公软件及客户服务系统，有客服实习经验者优先
