擔當家長之角色，照顧意外懷孕少女的日常起居，成為她們生活學習及品德發展的榜樣．負責院舍日常運作，包括行政、膳食安排及整潔衛生；讓在危機中面對意外懷孕的少女能在一個安全的環境內，獲得滋養、關愛和支持。

基本入職要求

• 中五或以上程度，持正面價值觀、成熟有承擔、耐心及具有團隊精神
• 每週工作44小時，二十四小時輪班輪休
