職責：
負責院舍維修及一般庶務工作 (獲工業學院頒發電機工程/機械工程/電子工程/土本工程的技工證書或其他認可實務訓練課程優先)。
資歷：
小六程度；一般粵語；略懂讀寫中文；持有平安咭、電工A牌；熟識水電及木工維修；3年或以上電力工程維修經驗，或具有最少一項中工資歷 (水喉、油漆、泥水)。
待遇：
月薪$19,930 - $24,060，有超時工作補假、年假、家庭假和值勤津貼，星期一至六，上午8時半至下午5時半，每周工作5-6天，每天工作8小時(不包括用餐時間)，按需要超時工作；或須於星期日及公眾假期工作。
