About the role

Responsible for daily business transportation of senior executives and important clients, including airport, port, hotel, conference venue and cross-border checkpoint services, ensuring punctuality, safety and confidentiality. Execute emergency support tasks such as document delivery, ad-hoc procurement, document processing or real-time dispatch coordination with independent judgment and rapid response capability. Familiar with traffic regulations, road conditions and common customs clearance procedures across Hong Kong, mainland China and Macau (including Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, Shenzhen Bay, Hengqin checkpoint), able to flexibly plan cross-border driving routes. Complete routine vehicle inspections before daily operation (fuel, tire pressure, brakes, cleanliness and equipment function) and maintain vehicle interior cleanliness, orderliness and professional atmosphere according to company standards. Properly manage and update driving licenses (valid Hong Kong formal private car or light goods vehicle driving license and mainland China motor vehicle driving license), vehicle registration documents, insurance documents and cross-border permits (such as Guangdong Z plate, FV plate), coordinating with administrative department for regular audits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily business transportation for senior executives and important clients to airports, ports, hotels, conference venues and cross-border checkpoints
• Ensure all transportation is punctual, safe and maintains client confidentiality
• Execute emergency support tasks including document delivery, ad-hoc procurement and document processing
• Demonstrate independent judgment and rapid response capability in handling urgent matters
• Plan and execute cross-border driving routes across Hong Kong, mainland China and Macau
• Complete pre-departure vehicle inspections including fuel, tire pressure, brakes and cleanliness checks
• Maintain vehicle interior to professional standards
• Manage and update all driving licenses, vehicle registration, insurance and cross-border permits
• Coordinate with administrative department for regular document audits
• Respond proactively to unexpected situations such as traffic congestion, adverse weather or vehicle breakdown

About you

• Hold valid Hong Kong formal private car or light goods vehicle driving license for three years or more
• Possess valid mainland China C1 or above category motor vehicle driving license
• Familiar with Hong Kong-Macau single-plate vehicle registration and usage regulations for northbound travel and mainland vehicle regulations for southbound travel
• Three years or more experience in high-end business driver or corporate vehicle service roles
• No major traffic violations or accident liability records
• Personal credit and background check meet company requirements
• Excellent communication etiquette and confidentiality awareness
• Able to adapt to high-frequency travel arrangements, flexible working hours (including early/late shifts, weekends and holiday rotations) and short-term cross-border stays
• Fluent Mandarin, basic Cantonese comprehension and simple English conversation ability
• Basic mobile application operation skills (navigation software, instant messaging, electronic payment and travel booking systems)
