About the role

This position involves welcoming customers, promoting and introducing vehicle features, and arranging test drives. You will negotiate prices and financing options, handle purchase agreements and follow-up after sales, and work towards achieving personal and company sales targets.

About you

• Secondary school education or above
• Fluent Cantonese; fluent Mandarin and English proficiency preferred
• Valid Hong Kong driving licence (Class 1, 2)
• Basic knowledge of vehicle models, automotive market, or electric vehicle information
• Basic computer skills and ability to use social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) or messaging software to find customers
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
• Proactive work attitude and ability to accept base salary plus commission compensation structure and performance pressure
