About the role

This role involves financing coordination and management, investment project operations, comprehensive financial control, and strategic decision support for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop company financing strategy, explore diversified financing channels including banks and funds, design transaction structures and control overall financing costs
• Participate in equity investment and M&A project development, due diligence, financial modelling and valuation analysis
• Focus on comprehensive financial risk management, cash flow optimization and investment-financing closed-loop management
• Liaise with senior management team to provide professional financial and data support for business expansion, capital operations and strategic planning

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, financial, economics or related disciplines
• 10 years or more experience in financing coordination, project investment and financial risk management in large or medium-sized enterprises or group companies
• Complete experience in full-process financing operations, proficiency in financial analysis, valuation modelling and risk control system establishment
• Frequent business travel required
