（高级）产品经理（材料加工类产品）

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、Drive and support the product-related workstreams of cross-functional projects, ensuring product requirements, specifications, market needs, and launch readiness are delivered in alignment with PMO governance. Under the guidance of the KPI of turnover of the Material Processing (Cutting, Drilling, Grinding, etc.) product group. 负责推动和支持跨职能项目中的产品相关工作流，确保产品需求、技术规格、市场需求及上市准备工作符合PMO项目管理要求，并以材料加工类（如切割、钻孔、打磨等）产品组营业额指标（KPI）为导向开展工作。 2、Maintain together with Purchasing and Quality Department a supplier base in the department for company strategic product groups, that covers different performance levels, supplier capabilities and attractive solutions for developed and growth markets. 与采购部及质量部共同维护公司战略产品组的供应商资源库，确保供应商覆盖不同绩效水平、能力范围及适用于成熟市场和成长型市场的有竞争力解决方案。 3、Preparation for new product launches including product introduction, full information availability in our internal systems, product training and consultation to our sales force under the guidance of the KPI of product multiplication. 负责新产品上市准备工作，包括产品导入、确保内部系统中的产品信息完整可用、为销售团队提供产品培训与咨询支持，并以产品倍增指标（KPI）为导向开展相关工作。 4、Oversee product portfolio lifecycle and optimize based on performance and market needs. 负责产品组合全生命周期管理，并根据产品表现及市场需求持续优化产品组合。 5、Maintaining categories in ERP system including product release and withdrawal, creating SAP articles, etc. 负责ERP系统中的产品品类维护，包括产品上线、下线及SAP物料编码创建等相关工作。 6、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Quality, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and PMO to define market requirements and ensure successful product lifecycle execution. 与采购、质量、产品营销、销售、客户服务及PMO等跨职能团队紧密协作，定义市场需求并确保产品全生命周期管理的有效执行。 7、Identify and evaluate product innovations, emerging technologies, and solution concepts from suppliers and the market, translating them into competitive product opportunities for WINT. 识别并评估来自供应商及市场的产品创新、前沿技术和解决方案理念，将其转化为WINT具有竞争力的产品机会。 8、Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management to meet company objectives. 完成公司管理层安排的其他工作任务，以支持公司业务目标的实现。 9、Maintain and support 6-S principles and initiatives. 维护并支持公司6S管理原则及相关持续改进活动。 任职要求： 1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or a related field.工程、工业管理、商务或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、At least 5 years of product management, sourcing, or category management experience in relevant industrial sectors, with strong exposure to Asia supply markets.在相关工业领域具备至少5年以上产品管理、采购寻源或品类管理经验，并对亚洲供应市场有深入了解。 3、Solid knowledge of Material Processing Products and supplier development, including product qualification, cost analysis, quality standards, and compliance requirements. 具备扎实的材料加工类产品及供应商开发知识，包括产品认证与导入、成本分析、质量标准管理以及合规要求等方面的专业能力。 4、Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects independently, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable business results.具备独立领导跨部门项目、影响利益相关方并交付可衡量业务成果的能力。 5、Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills, with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.具备优秀的分析能力、商业意识及谈判技巧，拥有战略思维和结果导向意识。 6、Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.具备优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通与表达能力。 7、Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; SAP knowledge is preferred.熟练使用Excel、PowerPoint、Word等办公软件；具备SAP相关知识者优先。 8、Experience in American or European multinational companies is preferred.具有美资或欧资跨国公司工作经验者优先。 9、Willingness to travel frequently within China and internationally as required.能够接受根据工作需要进行国内及国际出差。 10、Strong integrity, ownership, teamwork, and resilience under pressure.具备高度诚信、主人翁精神、团队合作意识及抗压能力。
