What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责仪器仪表产品的硬件系统设计与开发，包括低功耗方案制定与优化
- 完成硬件原理图设计，使用Cadence或Altium Designer等工具进行PCB Layout
- 主导硬件调试、测试及问题定位，确保产品性能与可靠性达标
- 编写硬件设计文档、测试报告及生产指导文件，支持产品转产
任职要求：
- 全日制本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化等相关专业
- 具备4年以上仪器仪表行业硬件开发经验，熟悉低功耗设计方法
- 精通模拟/数字电路设计，能独立完成原理图与PCB设计
- 掌握常用硬件调试工具，有EMC/安规设计与测试经验者优先
