- บันทึกการจ่าย การรับเงิน และธุรกรรมการเงิน
- ควบคุม Cash Flow และตรวจสอบการชำระเงิน
- กระทบยอดบัญชี กระทบยอดลูกค้า-Supplier ทุกเดือน
- ดูแลติดต่อและประสานงานกับสำนักงานบัญชี / Auditor / กรมสรรพากร / หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดเตรียมเอกสาร ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบกำกับภาษี, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน, ใบหัก ณ ที่จ่าย, เอกสารการวางบิล, รับเช็ค
- ยื่นสรรพภากร ( ภ.ง.ด. 1-1ก-3-53, ภ.พ. 30 )
- ตรวจสอบต้นทุนโครงการ (Cost Control)
- บันทึกต้นทุน (Job Cost) ของโครงการให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารและตรวจสอบรายงานการส่งมอบโครงการเพื่อเรียกเก็บเงิน
- ปิดบัญชี เตรียมข้อมูลบัญชีรายเดือน/โตรมาส/รายปี นำส่งสำนักงานตรวจสอบบัญชี
