What they need
- บันทึกรายการบัญชีด้านรับ–จ่าย และบัญชีแยกประเภท (General Ledger)
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี ใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบสำคัญจ่าย
- จัดทำใบสำคัญรับ ใบสำคัญจ่าย และใบสำคัญทั่วไป
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) และติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation)
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ ภาษีขาย และยื่นภาษีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น VAT, ภ.ง.ด.1, 3, 53
- จัดทำงบกระทบยอดลูกหนี้และเจ้าหนี้
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินประจำเดือน และสนับสนุนการปิดงบการเงิน
- ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี หน่วยงานราชการ และหน่วยงานภายในองค์กร
- จัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชีให้เป็นระบบและพร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
