该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责根据《线上SOP操作手册》要求，进行车物损、案件的远程查勘、定损、收单赔付； 2.负责车物损案件的线上跟踪处理、解答客户咨询、未决案件催办； 3.负责执行公司各项规章制度和工作要求； 4.负责在大灾天气、案件集中爆发期，进行跨区域或区域内支援作业； 5.负责配合分公司个性化经营要求，以特殊模式对特别案件的作业处理。 任职要求： 1.统招本科及以上学历，汽车、机械等相关专业优先； 2.具有丰富的汽车保险理赔知识，对事故车辆维修费用快速估算能力； 3.有较强的学习和分析能力；有较好的沟通及协作能力，服务意识优，抗压能力强，责任心强。 工作地点： 成都市青羊区青羊工业园区C区1栋
