• Prioritize and plan the implementation of system functions.
• Analyze stakeholder requirements and decide together with stakeholders on requirement acceptance and implementation strategy.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, system specifications and interface definitions.
• Ensure consistency and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define methods, processes and tools for requirements engineering and requirements management.
• Support and drive requirement reviews, architecture reviews and technical assessments. Architecture Development
• Define system architecture and refine the system into subsystem and component level architecture.
• Develop functional architecture, logical architecture and physical architecture.
• Define and manage Hardware-Software Interface (HSI).
• Evaluate alternative system solutions and perform technical trade-off analyses.
• Support selection of implementation technologies and key components. Simulation and Verification
• Perform system-level simulation and validation using MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS or equivalent tools.
• Support verification team verify control concepts, functional behavior and power conversion performance through simulation.
• Support verification planning and validation strategy development.
• Analyze system issues and support root cause investigation during development and testing. Product Development
• Support supplier evaluation and component selection activities.
• Coordinate with hardware, software, mechanical and validation teams.
• Define content-related execution of technical work packages.
• Support customer discussions and technical alignment activities.
• Lead and support system release activities.

Your Profile: Knowledge of E-mobility relevant technologies(Inverter is prefered), strong HW design background is needed. Power electronics related validation, hardware, software knowledge and experience Familiar with e-drive/Inverter architecture design and test methods Skills of coordination and technical communication: English is required, German as plus. Involvement in teamwork Available for short term and long-term business travel (domestic and international) Capable to work in a team, supporting and implementing team’s decisions Excellent communication skills,Proactive in problem solving Precise and accurate in tasks completion and follow-up of pending issues Able to be stable and productive under pressure and adverse conditions Willing to compromise as individual when there is conflict between interests of the individual and those of the organization Knowledge of functional safety (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508) Knowledge of the performance of reviews and review techniques Knowledge in requirements engineering and HW design technology
