職務說明
1.規劃/執行薪酬獎金、福利、社保及差勤管理等業務，以落實公司薪酬福利政策與目標。
2.規劃/執行人資系統(薪酬福利)架構與功能，以提升人資作業效能。
3.彙整/統計/分析組織、人員、薪酬獎金、福利、社保及差勤等相關內外部資訊與最新法規，以提供人資決策運用。
資格條件
1.大學以上畢業。主修人力資源管理、企管、法律、勞工、財會、統計佳。
2.具1年以上人力資源管理或行政管理相關經驗佳。
3.具人力資源管理相關認證者佳，如薪酬管理、勞動法令管理等。
4.熟悉EXCEL函數。
