Responsibilities:

1.Maintain fleet asset registers (vehicle info, insurance, annual inspection, maintenance records), track vehicle usage, and produce regular fleet status reports;

2.Manage full-cycle driver recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and file management;

3.Manage driver attendance, leave records and shift schedules;

4.Handle equipment/material in-out registration, project material requisition approval, periodic stock counts to ensure accuracy;

5.Collect and consolidate operational data, assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports (Chinese & English), maintain databases for clients, suppliers and projects;

6.Office maintenance, office supplies procurement, visitor reception, document translation and filing.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates welcome;

2.Proficient in Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above), English (good working knowledge), and Swahili;

3.Preferred majors: Business Administration, Public Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Information Systems;

4.Detail-oriented, numerate, proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, good document management habits;

5.Prior experience in data processing or report preparation a plus;

6.Graduates from Confucius Institute at University of Dar es Salaam preferred.
