1.心理健康：教育訓練（心理健康課程設計與執行／團隊課程設計與執行)
2.EAP 專案管理作業：EAP 年報／季報管理／EAP 電子報審核與寄發／個案轉介與追蹤／危機事件處理
3.諮商管理作業：員工及主管內部諮詢服務／內部特殊事件／內部個案追蹤管理
4.職場不法侵害作業：訂定／修訂執行職務不法侵害相關要點細則／主管及員工不法侵害自主檢核表追蹤與轉介／不法侵害申訴案件處理及相關行政作業
資格條件
具有國內外心理學、輔導諮商或臨床心理相關研究所或大學畢業，如持有台灣國家高等考試的諮商心理師或臨床心理師執照或在企業內推動 EAP、處理職場人際衝突、職業倦怠或適應不良等實務經驗者會被優先考慮。
