任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、财务等相关专业
- 10年以上投融资相关工作经验，具备完整项目融资及投后管理经验
- 熟悉投融资流程及资本运作模式，具备较强的财务分析能力
- 具备优秀的资源整合能力、沟通协调能力和团队管理能力
