应用工程师（刹车产品）

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibility：

• 3D modeling, 2d drawing creating in CATIA
• Create and control technical documents and test plan/specification-- not limit
• Perform design analysis (tolerance analysis, thermal analysis, vibration analysis.etc.)
• Support supplier sourcing for components (die-casting, stamping, plastic and plastic mechatronics part)—not limit
• Create and maintain Bill Of Material (BOM)
• Design high quality mechanical architecture/parts according to Conti/ASC process
• Interface with IPT team for HCU&HECU release
• Support for PYA testing-- not limit
• Interface with plant for process feasibility study --- not limit
• Take part in of sample build in development phase
• Take part in of ME related engineering test--- not limit Requirements：
• Self- driven and be able drive/lead activities
• Familiar with Automotive developing process and application
• Automotive product development experience is mandatory
• 1-3 year for automotive product development, 5 year is preferred but not limited
• Solid knowledge on automotive product manufacturing process
• Familiar with use of M-CAD tool, CATIA preferred
• Casting, stamping and plastic part design experience is preferred - not limit
• Bachelor or Master in mechanical or automotive engineering
• Required language: English
