教育顾问

The Education Consultant will work directly with families to design customized academic pathways for students planning to study in the United States.

This role combines consulting, relationship management, and strategic planning. It requires strong communication skills, cross-cultural understanding, and the ability to translate complex academic systems into clear guidance for families.

This is a high-ownership, performance-driven role with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective families (online and in person)

• Assess student academic background and long-term goals

• Design structured academic pathways (high school placement, dual-credit programs, transfer strategies, etc.)

• Coordinate with U.S. schools and institutional partners

• Manage client relationships throughout the service cycle

• Support marketing events, seminars, and partner meetings

• Track pipeline and performance metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above (U.S. education background preferred)

• 1–5 years experience in education consulting, admissions, or related field

• Strong understanding of U.S. high school and university systems

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Highly organized and results-oriented

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
