- 负责与主机厂客户进行技术对接，推广公司动力电池产品，确保年度销售额增长不低于20%
- 深入了解主机厂产品规划与需求，提供定制化电池解决方案，提升客户满意度至95%以上
- 主导技术交流与产品演示，推动至少3个新车型项目完成电池系统定点
- 跟踪行业技术趋势与竞品动态，定期输出市场分析报告，为产品迭代提供关键输入
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电气工程或相关专业背景
- 具备5年以上汽车行业工作经验，熟悉主机厂研发流程与供应链体系
- 精通动力电池系统技术，有成功的BMS或电池包项目对接经验
- 出色的沟通协调与客户关系管理能力，能适应高频次出差
