该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish and improve the file information of markets, hospitals and customers in the area and establish good customer interaction with the region; 建立并完善辖区内市场、医院和客户的档案信息，并与区域内建立良好客户互动；
• Organize academic and educational conferences to increase brand awareness and the company's influence in the region; 组织学术教育会议，提升品牌知晓度及公司在当地的影响力；
• Develop and implement weekly visit plans, record daily visits in a timely manner, and continuously improve the efficiency of daily visits; 每周制定并执行拜访计划，每日及时记录当日拜访工作，不断提升日拜访效率；
• Provide customers with timely and accurate information on promotional products and assist them in the rational use of medicines; 及时、准确地为客户提供推广产品信息，协助客户合理用药；
• Active collection of product-related adverse events and reporting to the

MA Department; 积极收集产品相关不良事件并上报医学部；

• Fully understand the market status, timely reflect the market trend to the superiors, and put forward the rationalization proposals; 充分了解市场状况，及时向上级反映市场动向，提出合理化建议。 Required requisites
• Professional background:

College degree or above, bachelor’s degree or above preferred, medicine related majors are necessary

专科及以上学历，本科及以上学历优先，医药相关专业。

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Strong work ethic and high levels of energy resilience, integrity and honesty with a challenging spirit
