生产计划主管

该职位来源于猎聘 Objectives ： Responsible for coordinating production planning, monitoring progress, managing finished goods inventory, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless alignment between production and delivery. Leveraging data-driven decision-making, optimizes resource allocation, improve efficiency, and supports the achievement of corporate strategic objectives through reaching KPIs. 负责统筹生产计划、资源调度、进度监督、成品库存管理及跨部门协同，确保生产与交付的高效衔接。通过数据驱动决策，优化资源分配，提升效率，达成KPI以支持企业战略目标达成。

Main Activities

：

一、Production Planning Development & Dynamic adjustment生产计划制定与动态调整

• Master Production Scheduling (MPS): Develop the master production plan (MPS) and daily/weekly production schedules based on sales orders, forecasts, and capacity constraints. Define production tasks, timelines, and resource allocation, meanwhile control changover. 主计划编制：根据销售订单、预测及产能，制定主生产计划（MPS）及周/日生产计划，明确生产任务、时间节点及资源分配，并控制换型次数。
• Dynamic Adjustment: Respond to urgent orders, insertions, equipment failures, or other disruptions by swiftly revising plans to maintain production continuity.

动态调整：应对急单、插单、设备故障等异常情况，快速调整计划，确保生产连续性。

• Trial run production planning: Based on requests from related departments to develop trial run production planning properly. 试产计划：依据相关部门的需求，合理制定试产计划。
• Headcount forecasting: Develop rolling headcount forecast based on production planning/demand to ensure planning execution. 人力规划：基于生产计划及需求，制定滚动人力需求以确保生产计划的实施 二、Production Planning Execution 生产计划执行 Communicate with production ,MC ,warehouse and related parties to ensure all resources are in place as requested to carry out planning. 与生产、物料、仓库及其他相关方沟通确保所有资源按要求到位，保证计划实施。 三、Production Progress Monitoring & Exception Handling 生产进度监控与异常处理
• Real-Time Tracking: Monitor MO execution progress via ERP systems or production dashboards, updating data and generating reports on weekly and monthly basis. 实时跟踪：通过ERP系统或生产看板，监控生产计划执行进度，更新数据并生成周/月报告。
• Abnormal cases handling: Coordinate with production, technical, and procurement teams to resolve issues such as material shortages, equipment downtime, or quality defects and so on, ensure production continuity, meanwhile communicate with CS to update delivery plan. 异常情况处理：协调生产、技术、采购等部门，解决缺料、设备停机、质量异常等问题, 确保生产的持续性,并与客服部门保持沟通，保持交货信息畅通。 四、Capacity Load Analysis & Optimization 产能负荷分析与优化
• Bottleneck Identification: Evaluate production line capacity to pinpoint bottleneck processes, develop production plan properly based on demand and forecast, ensure OTD. 瓶颈分析：评估生产线产能，识别瓶颈工序，依据需求及预测，合理制定生产计划，确保按时交付。
• Load Balancing: Optimize scheduling to prevent resource underutilization or overloading. 负荷平衡：通过排产优化，避免资源闲置或过度压力 五、Demand Forecasting & FG Inventory Optimization 需求预测与库存优化
• Collaborate with sales/CS to define demand forecasts, adjusting inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts. 与销售/客服协调沟通需求预测，合理优化成品库存水平，避免库存过高或缺货。
• Use data analytics to identify slow-moving items, follow-up and propose disposals. 通过数据分析确定呆滞库存，跟进并提出解决方案。 六、Data-Driven Decision-Making & Process Optimization数据驱动决策与流程优化
• Data Analytics: Calculate planning hit rate, changeover ,output and so on, generate analytical reports.

数据统计：统计计划达成率，换线次数，产出等指标，生成分析报告。

• Process Improvement: Recommend optimizations based on data insights. 流程改进：基于数据提出优化建议。 七、Team Management & Cross-Departmental Collaboration团队管理与跨部门协作
• Team Coaching: Guide team members in developing individual plans, assigning tasks, and overseeing execution to enhance team capabilities. For example, host weekly meetings to review issues and share solutions. 团队指导：指导下属制定个人计划，分配任务并监督执行，提升团队能力。
• Cross-Functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with Production, sales, CS, material procurement, engineering, and other departments to align plans with demand. 跨部门沟通协作：与销售、客服、物料采购、工程等部门紧密合作，确保计划与需求匹配。
• Other tasks manager assigned

经理分配的其他工作任务。 Profile ：

• University or above. 本科及以上学历。
• Over 10 years of relevant work experience in PMC (Production and Material Control) or production management. 10年以上PMC或生产管理相关岗位工作经验。
• English reading and writing ability, listening and speaking is a plus.

具有英语读写能力，拥有听说能力者更佳。

• Strong data analysis capabilities, supply chain coordination skills, as well as planning control processes. 具备强大的数据分析能力、供应链协调能力，熟悉计划管控流程。
• Can do attitude and down-to-earth, reliable, motive, logical, well-organized, good communication skill, good team player, take responsibility, creatively solve problems, strong resilience.
