该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities 1. 负责铝圆管翅片式换热器产品从客户需求分析、方案设计、详细设计、样品验证到量产导入的全流程开发工作，确保满足性能、可靠性、成本和交期目标。 Lead end-to-end development of aluminum round-tube fin heat exchangers, from customer-requirement analysis and concept design through detailed design, prototype validation, and production launch, meeting performance, reliability, cost, and timing targets. 2. 开展产品设计、仿真计算、图纸与技术文件输出、设计评审及设计变更管理，持续优化产品的可制造性、可装配性和可靠性。 Perform product design, simulation calculations, drawing and technical-document release, design reviews, and engineering-change control; continuously improve design for manufacturability, assembly, and reliability. 3. 熟悉并协同推进铝圆管翅片式换热器相关工艺制程、工装夹具、设备能力和质量控制要求，支持工艺开发、试制、问题分析与持续改善。 Work closely with manufacturing on process flows, tooling and fixtures, equipment capability, and quality-control requirements for aluminum round-tube fin heat exchangers; support process development, trial builds, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. 4. 参与圆管、翅片、芯体装配、连接/焊接或钎焊、检漏与性能测试等相关工艺方案的评审和优化（按具体产品工艺适用），推动工艺稳定性与良率提升。 Participate in the review and optimization of applicable tube, fin, core assembly, joining/welding or brazing, leak-test, and performance-test processes; drive process stability and yield improvement. 5. 熟练应用 APQP 流程，推动项目各阶段的策划、评审和交付物管理；参与并支持 DFMEA/PFMEA、控制计划、PPAP、8D及量产导入。 Apply APQP processes proficiently and drive phase planning, reviews, and deliverable management; participate in and support DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, 8D, and production launch. 6. 与项目、测试、质量、采购、供应商、生产及供应链团队协同，解决产品开发和量产导入过程中的技术、工艺、质量和交付问题。 Collaborate with PM, Test, Quality, Purchasing, suppliers, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve technical, process, quality, and delivery issues during development and launch. 7. 为海外工厂新产线拓展提供专业技术支持，包括工艺与设备需求确认、技术文件转移、试产准备、现场问题解决、人员技术培训及投产爬坡支持。 Provide specialist technical support for overseas factory line expansion, including process and equipment requirement definition, technical-document transfer, trial-build readiness, on-site issue resolution, technical training, and production ramp-up support. 8. 使用英语参与海外工厂、客户和供应商的技术会议、项目沟通和问题协调，编写或审核英文技术资料及项目报告。 Use English in technical meetings, project communication, and issue coordination with overseas factories, customers, and suppliers; prepare or review English technical documents and project reports. 9. 建立并维护设计、验证、工艺、项目及经验总结文件，支持产品平台化、标准化和知识沉淀。 Establish and maintain design, validation, process, project, and lessons-learned documentation to support product modularization, standardization, and knowledge retention. 任职要求 / Qualifications 10. 本科或以上学历，机械工程、热能工程、制冷与低温工程、材料工程或相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline. 11. 具备 5 年及以上换热器、热管理、冷却系统或相关制造行业的产品设计开发经验；具有铝圆管翅片式换热器设计开发经验者优先。 At least 5 years of product design and development experience in heat exchangers, thermal management, cooling systems, or related manufacturing industries; experience with aluminum round-tube fin heat exchangers is preferred. 12. 具备扎实的产品设计能力，能够独立完成或主导设计方案、设计评审、技术文件、样品验证和设计变更工作。 Strong product-design capability, able to independently complete or lead design concepts, design reviews, technical documentation, prototype validation, and engineering changes. 13. 熟悉铝换热器相关工艺制程和量产导入，能够理解并推动工艺、工装、设备、质量及供应链协同。 Familiar with aluminum heat-exchanger manufacturing processes and production launch, with the ability to understand and drive coordination across process engineering, tooling, equipment, quality, and supply chain. 14. 熟悉 APQP 流程，具备 DFMEA/PFMEA、PPAP、SOP实际应用经验。 Familiar with APQP and hands-on in DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP or similar tools. 15. 英语听说读写良好，能够进行日常英文技术沟通、会议交流和资料阅读/编写。 Good spoken and written English, able to conduct day-to-day technical communication, meetings, and technical-document reading/writing in English. 16. 具备较强的问题解决、跨部门协作和项目推进能力，愿意根据项目需要支持海外工厂新产线投产。 Strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and project-execution skills; willing to support overseas factory new-line start-up as required. 优先条件 / Preferred Qualifications

• 有海外工厂建设、新产线导入、工艺转移或现场投产支持经验。 Experience with overseas factory build-out, new-line launch, process transfer, or on-site production start-up support.
• 具备铝换热器性能测试、可靠性验证或产品失效分析经验。 Experience in aluminum heat-exchanger performance testing, reliability validation, or product failure analysis.
