Description and Requirements

岗位职责

负责超节点高端服务器系统物料采购全流程，聚焦线缆、散热、电源三大品类，开展寻源、议价，处理各类采购异常，保障研发试样与量产物料稳定供应。

理解服务器硬件架构与物料特性，对接研发 / 工程需求，完成物料选型、替代料评估及风险管控。

负责线缆、散热、电源类供应商开发、准入及日常管理，持续优化供应链，压降采购成本、降低供应风险。

跟进项目研发、试产、量产全阶段物料需求，核算用量、预判缺口，锁定交期、统筹备货，解决交付、品质、规格等供应问题，保障项目节点。

开展商务议价、成本核算与价格管控，落实降本目标；维护采购价格、供应商及物料档案台账。

跟踪行业物料技术迭代与供应链行情，收集新品及替代物料信息，支撑产品与供应链优化。

岗位要求

1-3 年服务器 / 算力硬件采购经验，熟悉高端服务器整机，有高速线缆、散热模组、电源物料采购经验优先。

掌握服务器系统物料规格、供应链及行业质量标准，可独立执行采购、供应商对接与异常处理。

具备成本管控、商务谈判及供需统筹能力，对物料价格、交期、品质敏感，可快速处置供应突发问题。

工作严谨负责，沟通协调、抗压及团队协作能力良好，适配项目节奏。

有超节点服务器、云计算硬件供应链经验优先。
