Sales Director (Chinese American / U.S. Green Card Holder)

Job Responsibilities:

Take overall responsibility for the business department's operating results;

Develop channel sales strategies and drive channel development for the North American market;

Based on the company's overall sales strategy and sales targets, formulate annual sales plans for 2C/2B business;

Based on an understanding of the industry and business, further optimize and improve the organization, and build a channel sales team that dares to explore new markets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above;

10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years of 2C/2B channel sales experience and 5+ years of sales team management experience;

Deep understanding and successful hands-on experience in 2C/2B channel sales;

Familiar with channel partner planning, development, operations, and system building; strong ability to establish relationships with senior executives at major channel partners;

Familiar with the North American market;

Chinese American or U.S. Green Card holder.
