• EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION / 教育、学历资格证书
• Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering or similar. / 大学本科学历或者以上，主修电子工程或者材料相关专业。
• CET-4 is minimum required. / 英语至少通过国家4级。
• EXPERIENCE / 经验 1. 3 years or above work experience in PD/PE department in electronic components manufacturer. / 3年或以上在电子元器件制造公司工艺或研发部工作的经验。
• Experience in capacitor, especially film capacitor area is preferred. / 拥有电容，尤其薄膜电容相关经验者优先。
• Experience in leading a development team is preferred. / 拥有带领研发团队经验的优先。 4. 6 sigma certificated is preferred. / 拥有六西格玛经验者优先。
• SKILLS / 技能
• Good ability in analyzing or logical thinking. / 具有良好的分析/逻辑判断能力。
• Good knowledge in process CP, CPK, correlation analysis and SPC is preferred. / 对过程能力指数CP, CPK, 相关性分析和SPC控制等概念熟悉者优先。
• Good English skills in speaking, reading and writing. / 良好的英语听说读写的能力。 Experience in conducting project. / 有主导项目经历。
