What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 核心职责 1、参与平台建设：搭建CLD平台，覆盖单抗、双抗、纳米抗体、融合蛋白等；推动半定点/定点整合平台调研与落地。 2、负责载体构建、转染、pool筛选、单克隆筛选、表达评估、稳定性研究，直至RCB/PCB/MCB建库。 3、多项目并行推进，制定开发策略，把控节点，解决低表达、克隆不稳定等关键问题。 4、撰写/修订体系文件，负责细胞库建立与检定等。 任职要求 1、硕士及以上，细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物制药等相关专业； 2、有5年以上细胞株开发经验，至少2年独立负责项目全流程； 3、熟练分子克隆、载体设计、CHO/HEK293稳定转染、单克隆筛选、细胞库建立； 4、熟悉IND申报、GMP/GLP规范及细胞库检定要求；
