该职位来源于猎聘 主要工作职责｜Key Responsibilities 1.负责NPI 新产品导入项目管理，配合工程部开展立项与样品开发，跟进试产直至顺利量产移交，对项目进度、质量、成本、良率全面负责。 Be responsible for NPI new product introduction project management, support the engineering department in project initiation and sample development, follow‑up trial production until smooth hand‑over to mass production, and take overall accountability for project schedule, quality, cost and yield. 2.配合工程部完成新产品DFM、结构前期评审，主导工艺、物料、设备前期评审，提前识别设计可制造性问题，从源头降低量产风险。 Support the engineering department to complete preliminary DFM and structure reviews for new products, lead preliminary reviews on processes, materials and equipment, identify design manufacturability issues in advance, and mitigate mass production risks at the source. 3.制定各阶段项目计划、节点排期与资源需求，输出项目甘特图、试产计划、阶段目标，统筹多项目并行推进。

Develop phased project plans, milestone schedules and resource requirements, deliver Gantt charts, trial production plans and phase objectives, and oversee parallel execution of multiple projects. 4.进行研发、生产、质量、工艺设备、供应链等跨部门协作，解决物料、工装治具、设备、工艺卡点问题。 Drive cross functional collaboration among R&D, manufacturing, quality, process & equipment, supply chain and other teams to resolve bottlenecks related to materials, tooling & fixtures, equipment and processes. 5.负责新产品试产不良、装配难点、工艺缺陷等问题的汇总分析，组织专题改善、8D 整改、闭环追踪，持续提升良率与产能。 Collect and analyze defects, assembly difficulties and process defects arising from new product trial runs, organize targeted improvements and 8D corrective actions with closed loop tracking to continuously improve yield and production capacity. 6.统筹跟进新材料、新零部件、新工艺导入验证，确认物料替代、工艺优化、产线适配，保障产品可制造性与稳定性。 Oversee the introduction and validation of new materials, new components and new processes, verify material substitution, process optimization and production line adaptation to ensure product manufacturability and stability. 7.负责新产品量产资料整理输出，包含 SOP、工艺文件、检验标准、BOM、作业规范，完成量产移交。 Compile and deliver mass production documentation for new products, including SOPs, process documents, inspection standards, BOMs and work instructions, and complete hand over to mass production. 任职资格｜Qualifications 1.学士学位或以上，主修工程、制造或工业相关专业者优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial related disciplines is preferred. 2.至少5年以上项目管理工作经验,

熟练掌握工厂新产品导入全流程。 Minimum 5 year working experience in project management, with solid command of end to end factory new product introduction processes. 3.具备优秀跨部门推动能力，能够主动推进问题闭环。 Strong cross functional execution capability with the ability to proactively drive issue resolution and closed loop management. 4.抗压能力强、结果导向，具备出色的沟通协调和领导能力。 Highly resilient and result oriented, with strong communication, coordination and leadership capabilities. 5.语言要求：需掌握英语，能够熟练使用英语进行口头和书面交流。 Language: English required, Fluent in English both in oral & written.
