该职位来源于猎聘 居家办公，需接受全国出差 Responsible for below mentioned tasks

• More Focus on service on site and support Service/capital Sales.
• Installation, start-up, operate and optimize Machine performance, training for Andritz supplied equipment according to requirements. At present, Product to serve is filter centrifuge, D/A-decanter, filter press and others.
• Supply the field service and technical support we can do for all customers. Complete all documents that be required Major Duties as:
• Travel as mandatory request at any conditions to serve Andritz separation products at customer’s site, either local or internationally (whole Asia-Pacific)
• Verification of proper installation of Andritz supplied equipment and system
• Mechanical and electrical checkout of Andritz supplied equipment and system
• Commissioning above equipment or system
• Training of both mechanical and operation personnel with customer signature
• Process optimization prior to performance testing.
• Demonstration of performance based upon customer specifications with acceptance signature
• Detailed documentation of the work performed
• Report for any problems, warranty issues, performance acceptance and general information to project closure.
• Maintenance work, including troubleshooting and repair at customer site as per request
• Promotes and fosters Andritz goals through the development of good customer relationships and recognized professionalism while at site.
• Maintain current knowledge of new Andritz Technology, both process and start-up requirements
• Assist to supply the performance data sheet
• Share site knowledge with team
• Improve process, standard, tool and skill level within the organization together
• Support service sales, capital sales, product team, PM and proposal team Competencies
• College degree with Mechatronics or mechanical engineering and automation or electrical Engineering
• More than three years of experience field service or customer service
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Exceptional customer orientation and independent work ethic
• Mandarin native speaker, good knowledge of English (speaking, listening, reading and written)
• Self-driven and pro-active personality.
