该职位来源于猎聘 工作地点：济南莱芜 The HSEE area management role reports directly to the regional head of HSEE, his or her role is to support the plant managers and sales managers to build up a compliant and effective HSEE management system to achieve the HSEE targets including 0 accident, 0 injury, 0 occupational disease and 0 pollutions. His or her mission is to prevent the accidents, ensure the compliance of the operations of the plants and customer sites, protect the environment, promote the health and continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

• Health & Safety: o Make the short/medium/long term HSEE plan to cascade the global and regional strategy to the plants and customer sites. o Implementation of global guidelines, proposed solution, and annual priority programs in accordance with national laws and Global H&S guidelines o Implement the medium safety culture transformation plan of the scope. o Survey of H&S demand of the local team in the plants and customer sites. o Draft of local H&S regulations & SOP documents and monitor the effectiveness of the implementation o Establish the HSEE audit system to identify hazardous situations o Organize the activities on occupational disease management o Guarantee the effectiveness of the safety management system including the reporting, investigation, root cause analysis o Organize the contractor safety management to make sure about their adherence of the RHIM safety regulations o Make sure about the effectiveness of the emergency management system in the plants and customer sites o Organize the appropriate training program to improve the knowledge and HSEE awareness of the employees and improve the company safety culture.
• Environment & Energy: o Presentation of the plant situation with CO2, SO2 and NOx etc. o Survey and monitoring of local risks regarding EE aspects o Coordination with local team to monitor emission accounts at plant level o Improving the legal database within the plant.
• HSEE & IMS/ISO Management System: o Implementation of HSEE management systems in accordance with the four ISO standards o Guarantee of the monthly H&S reports (software for accident statistics) include root cause analysis of the accident & near misses o Guarantee of the monthly EEn reports (GET system) and support on cause analysis of environment-related inter/external complaints o Support of the local teams on the risk evaluation of the workplaces o EHS Knowledge transfer between the teams within the plant o Support of the local EHS on IMS management review o Reduction of work accidents o Implementation or maintaining of the certified IMS system at the plant.
• Lead or coordinate technically at least one of the following topics: Energy/Environment, operation H&S, IMS, SMS, Roxtra, Red-on-line, Atiom, AI, or other emerging topics.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager. Qualifications:
• Educational Background: o Bachelor’s degree or above o Being a Certified Safety Engineer is a plus
• Work Experience: o Minimum 5 years of work experience in HSE within manufacturing industry/Metallurgy o HSE experience in refractory industry or steel industry is a plus o Management experience with good leadership
• Language:
• Good written and spoken English,
• Skills: o Good skills of MS Office applications e.g. Excel, PPT o Experience of HSEE management systems is a plus o Project Management skills o Good communication skills to promote the company safety culture o Skills or knowledges on AI is a plus

• Travel o Willingness to travel frequently for work as needed
