- 统筹校园招聘项目，策划并组织宣讲会、双选会等招聘活动，建立并维护高校合作关系
- 管理招聘项目全流程，包括需求分析、岗位发布、简历筛选、面试评估及录用跟进
- 优化招聘渠道，评估渠道效果，提升招聘效率及人才匹配度
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，8年以上招聘工作经验，有高端人才招聘或校园招聘项目经验者优先
- 熟悉社招、校招流程及项目运作模式，具备独立策划招聘项目的能力
- 优秀的沟通协调能力及项目推动力，能适应快节奏工作环境
- 英语流利者优先，具备国际化视野及跨文化团队协作能力
