采购工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 1.职位概要/Summary 主要负责型材及外发采购和潜在供应商开发储备；采购成本控制和节约；配合计划日常跟单叫货，确保材料准时到达。有铝材采购经验或做过铝型材挤压技术岗位者优先。 2.职责和权限/Responsibilities and Authorities 1. 调查研究各种关键物料的需求及消耗情况，及时掌握关键物料的供应渠道和市场变化情况，制定合理的采购策略、优化采购计划。 Research a variety of key material demand and consumption situation, control the key material supply channels and the market updated information, set up the reasonable procurement policy, optimize procurement plan. 2. 完善供应商开发评审制度，组织选择及评估合格供应商，建立合格的供应商资源，与重点供应商建立战略合作关系。 Set up the supplier evaluation system, organize the selection and evaluation of qualified suppliers, build the qualified suppliers of resources pool and e4stablish strategic cooperative relationship with key suppliers.

• 根据采购计划，按照货比三家的原则进行采购，保障物料的保质、保量、及时供应。 According to purchasing plan, ensure material quality, quantity, and timely supply; always purchase goods from more than 3 suppliers’ selection. 4. 控制采购成本、付款方式和进度，降低采购成本。 Control purchasing cost, payment and progress, to reduce procurement cost.
• 负责与供应商就合同商业条款进行谈判，包括价格、付款条件、交货日期、服务等。 Responsible for negotiating with suppliers about commercial clauses of a contract including price, payment terms, delivery time, service and etc. 6. 作为新产品开发项目小组的一员，负责指定产品附件的采购，包括供应商的开发、筛选、询价、合同条款谈判等工作。 Being as a team member of a new product development project, be responsible for purchasing accessories of products appointed, including developing and screening out suppliers, inquiring, contract clauses negotiation and so on.
• 评价供应商的表现和能力，包括产品数量、质量、交货期、服务等。 Evaluate the performance and capability of suppliers including products’ quantity, quality, delivery time, service and so on.

◆机械制造、金属材料或贸易专业Mechanical engineering, metal material or trade

★对机械加工行业有所了解。 Understand mechanical machining industry.

★拥有良好的通用商务实践经验和国际贸易知识。 Good knowledge of general business procurement practices and international trading.

★在相关领域掌握丰富的供应商资源。 Holding rich source of suppliers in relevant business

★掌握优秀的谈判技巧。 Excellent negotiation skills

◆熟悉质量体系ISO9001和IATF16949以及ISO14001。 Be familiar with the quality system ISO9001 and IATF16949、ISO14001.

◆熟悉进出口流程。 Be familiar with import& export procedure.

• 经验Experience

★3年以上外企相关采购工作经验。 Over 3 years related purchase experience in MNC

• 语言Language

★大学英语4级，良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。 CET 4th, good oral and written English

◆大学英语6级，优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力。 CET 6th, excellent oral and written English

• 个人素质Personality
