该职位来源于猎聘 1、建立全岗位新人成长地图，萃取优秀经验并持续迭代新人培训手册，借助师兄带教机制运行，推动新人训落地，实现新人训覆盖率完成 2、制定并分解人才培养目标，设计人才培养方案并组织落地，并通过持续迭代与优化，达成经营单元核心岗位内培率（关键） 3、设计技能培训及认证方案并落地实施，通过全国技能竞赛方式，萃取方法论和模式迭代方案并推广，以实现技能认证覆盖率（关键） 4、根据领导力核心理论和组织能力现状，设计与开发情景领导力培训模型，组织讲师培训和认证，搭建情景式领导力内训师资体系，同时推动情景式领导力在经营单元的落地实施，以完成情景式领导力培训覆盖（关键） 5、搭建项目管理闭环机制，落实培训过程管理，识别可推广经营创新案例，萃取方法论和SOP迭代，反哺建议给到总部关联业务并赋能全国
