采购工程师（电子料）

该职位来源于猎聘 Purpose of the position

• Plan, organize, control and evaluate all the purchase activities for two factories
• Manage vendors / suppliers and get best global costs (quality, prices, deliveries) in the frame of global compact agreement (Human rights, Labor, Environment, Anti-Corruption, ECOVADIS)
• Set up vendors KPI to follow quality, delivery and control cost.
• Market Intelligence / scouting Key Job Responsibilities /Activities
• Supplier Sourcing & Development Following Group BUY process, to search for technology suppliers, technology partners, and future potential suppliers for the company and keeping up with market trends for SUE&SUKE for responsible families
• Supply Chain Management Develop local suppliers in areas of technical capability, cost, quality & lead-time Stabilize & manage supply chain, Localization, second source development & cost down activities for responsible families
• Cost Reduction Compare cost with different sources and analyze the market trend to fix the best price.

Cost analysis and benchmark from market, conduct cost down activities to achieve the cost saving target; Cost reduction from yearly budget target

• Negotiation & Contract Management Negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers in conformity to company worldwide strategy.
• Digitalization/ERP Maintain data on all the prices approved as a record and keep track of changes in prices frequently and updates. To work closely with procurement department on quantity and timing of deliveries as per the contract signed.
• Supplier Management & Continues improvement Global supplier management do preventive and curative audit following HQ purchasing processes.

Improve quality of products to reduce non quality & recover non quality costs Education & background required Bachelor’s degree. Mechanical or Electrical background. Minimum 7-8 years of professional experience in the purchasing function in industry field.

Strong commodity experience in EMS management & spot buy practice (must), packaging (plus). Localization experience and communication at business level in English with oversea supplier and HQ colleagues. Strong leadership in project management and good at cross team communication.
