该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.根据客户的招聘，收集和发掘市场的相关信息，协助顾问寻找合适的候选人 2.完善候选人信息，进而辅助搭建，管理和维护公司人才数据库 3.协助顾问进行相关候选人资料的收集、分类、整理，对简历做初步筛选 4.分析不同职位特点并确定目标公司与人选，通过电话或邮件形式建立联系 5.积极了解目标公司的组织架构及部门情况，为长期搜寻工作做好积累 6.协助顾问完成其他相关工作 职位要求： 1.对人力资源咨询行业充满热情与好奇心，抗压能力强，对个人职业规划有清晰方向 2.本科及以上学历，管理类与商科专业优先 3.具有逻辑思维，沟通能力与理解能力良好，有长期学习与积累的意识，自我驱动力较强 4.Office软件与工具应用熟练 5.英语良好者优先
