Position: Technical Sales Director – Global Pet Food Key Accounts

Top requirement: Strong network and relationships with key accounts like MARS Petcare and Nestle Purina Petcare.

Reporting to: President (Famsun USA) + dotted line to Group Pet Food Key Account Leadership

Role Overview: Lead global technical sales for Tier 1 pet food customers. Head of the technical sales team worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a 3-year business strategy and annual plan.

Drive sales and market insights to break into key accounts (Mars, Nestle Purina, Hill's, Diamond, etc.) via client visits, exhibitions, seminars.

Build standardized quotation systems and prepare proposals for Tier 1 accounts.

Partner with application/service teams to promote customer testing at Famsun centers.

Gather VOC and share with R&D, PM, and application teams to ensure client needs are met.

Build, train, and lead the technical sales team.

International travel: up to 30%.

Candidate Requirements:

15+ years in the dry pet food industry (required).

Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.

Familiar with pet food processes (Extrusion, Drying, Coating, Cooling, etc.).

Knowledge of raw materials for food/pet food/feed extrusion.

AutoCAD / Inventor (2D/3D) familiarity preferred.

Strong PowerPoint, Word, Excel; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
