Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire finance function, including accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, internal control, tax, treasury and financial reporting.
• Manage full P&L of China region, strictly control production cost, material cost, labor cost and manufacturing overhead, continuously improve profitability.
• Establish and optimize manufacturing financial SOP, internal control system, inventory management and month-end/year-end closing process.
• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, business forecast and strategic financial support for senior management.
• Responsible for annual budget rolling forecast, CAPEX management, financial risk control and tax compliance.
• Lead cross-functional cooperation with production, procurement, sales, quality and HR teams to drive operational efficiency improvement.
• Communicate and report financial results to global headquarters or overseas stakeholders with fluent English.
• Build, train and manage the finance team, optimize team structure, improve team capability and daily performance management.

Must-Have Requirements (Hard Criteria)

• Industry Background : Solid working experience in manufacturing industry (automotive, machinery, precision parts, electronics manufacturing preferred).
• Company Scale : Current/previous working experience in a company with 1000+ employees , familiar with large enterprise financial management system.
• Team Management : Proven experience managing a finance team of 10+ members independently.
• English Capability : Fluent business English (oral & written), able to attend overseas meetings, write English financial reports and communicate directly with foreign management.
• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related major; CPA/ACCA/CMA certificate is preferred.
• 15+ years senior finance experience, 5+ years financial director level management experience in manufacturing enterprise.
• Fully familiar with manufacturing cost accounting, month-end closing, inventory control, transfer pricing and group reporting.
• Familiar with ERP system (SAP/Oracle/K3) and advanced Excel financial modeling.
