• Strategic Database Architecture & Development
• Take full ownership of designing and building a centralized, scalable material database that for the entire team’s needs.
• Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and silos across different functions, and develop systematic solutions to unify data standards.
• Act as the primary data resource for the entire team, providing timely and accurate material insights to support several roles, like as, procurement, production, and planning functions. Essential Job Function
• Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance
• Build and update weekly/monthly material reports and data dashboards, summarize regular data trends, risks and improvement outcomes for management review. Optimize data workflow, templates, and data tracking mechanism continuously. Conduct regular master data cleansing, unify naming standards.
• Handle all data integration issues to PLM including but not limited to: Vendor Attributes, Production lead time and Forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand their unique data requirements and continuously optimize the database to enhance their workflow efficiency. Support internal team, capacity planning, allocation control, and new product development (Dev Com) material data tracking.
• Proactive Process Optimization & Automation
• Demonstrate strong autonomy by identifying manual, repetitive data processes and developing automated workflows to improve team productivity.
• Continuously monitor database performance and user feedback, proactively implementing enhancements without waiting for directives.
• Champion a data-driven culture within the team by providing training and guidance on how to effectively leverage the new database for daily operations. Education/ Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science

Work Experience: 5+ years’ of relevant experience with at least 3 years of independently owning and delivering data projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Windows Applications.
• Proficient knowledge in Python.
• Familiarity with Flex PLM or similar integrated database system desired.
• Good communication skills verbal and written.
• Ability to take direction and execute projects with high level of independence and professionalism.
• Collaborative approach to enable working with input from multiple stakeholders. Skills/Competences:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for Windows Applications.
• Proficient knowledge in Python.
• Familiarity with Flex PLM or similar integrated database system desired.
• Good communication skills verbal and written.
• Ability to take direction and execute projects with high level of independence and professionalism.
• Collaborative approach to enable working with input from multiple stakeholders.
• Utilizing statistical models to define indicators, evaluate data, and analyze results.
• Ability to write proficient SQL queries.
• Proficient in using Power BI to create dashboard.
• Proficient in using data analysis libraries such as Pandas and automation tools such as Selenium.
