高级财务主管

• Overseeing the preparation and management of financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Directing financial planning initiatives and developing strategies to optimise financial performance
• Managing accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and internal policies
• Analysing financial data and providing insights to support strategic decision-making across the organisation
• Supervising and mentoring finance team members, fostering professional development and maintaining high performance standards
• Managing relationships with external auditors and financial stakeholders
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing process improvements within the finance function
• Preparing financial reports for senior management and the board of directors

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification (such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting or a related finance role
• Substantial experience with financial planning, analysis, reporting and budgeting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably Bahasa Malaysia
• Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving operational efficiency
• Experience within the technology or carbon-related industries would be advantageous
