모바일 서브컬쳐 및 캐주얼 게임 사업 리더급 채용 담당업무

• 서브컬처/캐주얼 장르 중심의 중장기 사업 전략 수립 및 목표 달성 총괄
• 프로젝트 특성에 맞는 BM 전략 수립 및 운영, 매출·수익성 개선
• 주요 지표(매출, 이익, DAU/MAU, LTV, Retention 등) 기반 P/L 관리 및 의사결정
• 운영/CS/커뮤니티/마케팅 등 관련 유관부서와 협업 및 론칭 관리 및 리스크 대응
• 데이터 분석 조직 및 분석 툴과 협업하여 지표 개선 액션 플랜 설계 및 실행
• 주요 경영진/투자자 대상 사업 현황 및 전략 보고

필요역량

• 모바일게임 사업/운영·서비스 분야 실무 경력 8년 이상 또는 리더 경험 보유자
• 서브컬처/캐주얼 게임 장르 중 1개 이상에서 라이브 또는 론칭 총괄 경험이 있으신 분
• 타이틀 단위 P/L 책임 경험이 있으신 분(매출·이익 목표 관리 포함)
• 전략 수립뿐 아니라 실행을 직접 드라이브한 경험이 명확하신 분
• 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 조직 협업 능력, 실행 중심의 리더십을 보유하신 분
• 병역필 또는 면제자로 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

우대사항

• 사업/운영/마케팅/CS 등 복수의 직무를 아우르는 조직을 리딩한 경험이 있는 분(팀장급 이상)
• 서브컬처/캐주얼 장르 내 매출 고도화, LTV/Retention 개선·라이브 성과 경험이 있는 분
• 일본/북미/유럽/동남아 등 글로벌 론칭/라이브 경험이 있으신 분
• 영어 또는 일본어 등 글로벌 커뮤니케이션 가능하신 분

기타 안내사항

• (면접) 전형일정 및 결과에 대해서는 이메일을 통해 안내드립니다.
