About the role

This is an administrative support position responsible for document processing, file management, customer service, and data entry tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Execute various document work including typing, file archiving, organisation and sending of mail
• Draft administrative documents, meeting minutes and work reports
• Perform daily secretarial and information reporting work
• Register, classify, file and maintain daily documents and materials, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Respond to customer or colleague enquiries and provide timely and effective service
• Receive customers and answer telephone calls
• Input data into databases, spreadsheets and other software

About you

• Proficient in operating office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and able to perform document editing and data statistics
• Possess communication and coordination abilities to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• Responsible for typing, file archiving and record keeping
• Able to maintain good communication and cooperation with colleagues to complete work tasks together
• Secondary school level education
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
