We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to drive large-scale projects across international markets.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle for overseas markets (EMEA / APAC / Americas / Middle East).
• Develop and manage key accounts : system integrators, contractors, and end-users in media, sports, government, and energy .
• Lead technical-commercial proposals , tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Work closely with pre-sales and product teams to deliver customized LED solutions (fine-pitch, rental, XR stages, smart lighting).
• Represent Unilumin at global trade shows (ISE, InfoComm, GETshow).

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of B2B overseas sales experience .
• Proven track record in LED displays, Pro AV, or lighting (projects ≥ USD 500K preferred).
• Strong understanding of LED technologies (pixel pitch, brightness, IP rating, certifications: CE/UL/ETL).
• Fluent in English ; additional languages ( Spanish / French / Arabic / Portuguese / Russian ) are a plus.
• Willing to travel internationally 30–50% of the time .

• 协同售前团队输出 定制化光显解决方案 （小间距、租赁屏、XR 舞台、智慧路灯等）。
• 代表公司参加 ISE、InfoComm、GETshow 等国际展会。

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历， 5 年以上海外 B2B 销售经验 。
• 有 LED 显示屏、专业视听（Pro AV）或照明行业 背景，具备 单项目 300 万人民币以上 操盘经验。
• 熟悉 LED 产品参数（点间距、亮度、IP 等级、CE/UL/ETL 认证等）。
• 英语流利 ，可作为工作语言；掌握 西/法/阿/葡/俄语 者优先。
• 能接受 高频海外出差 （年累计 3–6 个月）。
