Responsibilities and duties:

• Job Description
• • Metrology tools installation and Support equipment, hardware and applications qualifications/troubleshooting during installation
  • Support equipment warranty and post warranty support at customers' sites
  • Manage customers relationships and escalations
  • Promote Unity service options and CIPs supporting sales
  • Customer training ; Tool upgrade ; Lead meeting for technical discussion ; Hold weekly or monthly customer meeting etc.
  • Account management & Tools situation update
• Prerequisites:
• • Good attitude in working and good team-work ability
  • Some experience in maintaining and supporting semiconductor equipment preferred
  • Willingness to travel
  • Languages (both written and spoken): Chinese and English
