התפקיד כולל התפקיד כולל מתן שירות ומענה לפניות רוחביות של משתמשי הארגון, עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקי החברה ומתן שירות לעובדי המטה והאתרים החיצוניים בנושאי אחזקה ומשק. בנוסף, עבודה מול ספקים הכוללת טיפול בהזמנות, פתיחת ספקים ודרישות רכש במערכת SAP, טיפול בחשבוניות וניהול שוטף של תחום החניונים בחברה, לצד ביצוע משימות אדמיניסטרטיביות ותפעוליות בהתאם לצורך.
משרה מלאה, ברעננה.
דרישות:
ניסיון קודם בתפקיד תפעולי/אדמיניסטרטיבי – חובה.
שליטה מלאה ב-Excel – חובה.
שליטה במערכת SAP – יתרון משמעותי.
תודעת שירות גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מעולים.
יכולת עבודה עצמאית, סדר וארגון, ויכולת התמודדות עם ריבוי משימות ועבודה תחת לחץ.
