What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、协助主任工程师完成电机电磁方案设计，磁路计算，性能仿真优化(损耗，振动噪音，热分析等)。 2、协助解决设计、测试、生产中相关问题，参与制定电机电磁设计规范，仿真sop,测试标准，性能分析等；
3、负责竞品分析及研究，掌握市场的发展要求， 并进行持续性能优化; 任职要求： 1、精通电机电磁学原理，绕组理论，极槽配合选取原则。 2.能够熟练使用motorcad JMAG,Maxwell等软件，进行电-磁-热有限元仿真分析。
3、熟悉各类电机包括永磁同步电机、无刷直流电机、轴向磁通等电磁设计及结构设计要点；
4、熟悉电机各类国标测试要求，电气性能和耐久性设计标准和要求 5、硕士及以上学历，电机与电器、电气工程及其自动化、自动化等相关专业
