研发项目副经理

工作职责:

岗位职责

• Capable to handle Large, Middle and Small Size project as local site project leader. 作为本地项目经理负责大,中和小规模的项目。
• Capable to handle Middle and Small Size project as global project leader 作为全球项目经理负责中和小规模的项目。
• Lead PPCM for changes on released product to improvement product performance, cost… 负责PPCM对已量产的产品进行变更，以改善产品性能和成本。
• Accountable for Product Requirement Definition, project scope, project milestone, project risk assessment, product cost, business case, etc.. 负责产品需求定义、项目范围、项目里程碑、项目风险评估、产品成本、项目投资回报比等
• Execute effective Communication and professional Stakeholder Management 执行有效的沟通和专业的利益相关者管理。
• Support Application engineering, sales and marketing team to fulfill customer requirement 支持应用工程，销售和市场团队以满足客户的需求。

任职条件:

• Bachelor Degree or Master in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Optical Engineering or equivalent

电子/电气/机械/光学工程或相关专业本科或者硕士学历。

• Minimum 8 years working experience for bachelor or >3 years working experience for master in LED, Electrical, Semiconductor, Automotive related industry. Working experience in LED industry is preferred.

至少本科生8年或者硕士3年LED, 电子,半导体,汽车相关行业工作经验。有LED相关工作经验者优先

• Min. 1 year of project management experience in high-tech/ semiconductor or related industry. PMP certification is preferred.

具有至少1年以上高科技/半导体或相关行业项目管理经验。有PMP证书者优先。

• Essential PM or other equivalent training conducted.

完成项目管理基础知识或者相关的培训。

• Able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes.

能够承受工作压力，适应快速变化。
