JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述：

• Assistant audit supervisor to optimize the audit management system tools, maintain and update the audit plan & audit finding, draft the audit concerning documentation
• Support audit team to maintain the top-management on-site audit: update the audit plan; update the audit checklist; track the audit finding
• Support to prepare the visitor application, organize the audit meeting invitation
• Help to track the supplier to fill MCE, maintain the supplier audit plan and track the audit finding
• Help to organize the pre-audit, monitor the status and track the audit findings
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求 & 资格：
• Bachelor degree or above, prefer majoring in mechanical engineering or Information & computing related
• Minimum intern working experiences in a mechanical background
• Good teamwork and coordination ability with cross function
• Competency in problem solving, especially in analytical and acting ability
