岗位职责 1.负责著作权、专利权、商标权等知识产权相关的投诉受理； 2.收集日常处理中的常见问题，对知识产权投诉处理流程进行优化； 3.协助统计投诉基础数据，定期输出数据报表； 4.跨部门协同支持，协助对接法务、客服、业务方等部门，跟进加急投诉的处理； 5.协助部门日常事务，涉诉资料整理、邮件处理等日常工作。完成导师交办的其他任务，保障团队高效运转。
职位薪资：
100-120/天
