【岗位职责】 1. 承接部门的招聘需求，对接部门需求背景和人才画像评估，跟进整个招聘流程 2. 协助开展人员招聘，包括但不限于发布招聘信息、简历搜索与筛选、面试邀约、面试安排、面试跟进与反馈等工作 3. 执行与人力资源相关的活动和政策 【岗位要求】 1. 27或者28届毕业生，本科或硕士在读，有互联网/电商行业的人力资源相关实习经验者优先 2. 实习期不少于3个月，能尽快到岗 3. 工作细致严谨，具备高度责任心，能够独立完成工作任务，擅长沟通和协调 4. 对新事物感兴趣，具备较强执行力和解决问题的能力
职位薪资：
150-180/天
